Many businesses aren't large enough to hire a full-time lawyer, but could benefit from someone with a deep understanding of their commercial and legal issues. Stan Soper can get to know your business and provide the equivalent of general counsel services as an outside lawyer. This type of work includes:

• Free initial consultation and discussion of your general business goals and potential legal issues

• Ongoing support and assistance for general legal and regulatory issues

• Regular consultations and/or on site visits to identify and address issues

• Comprehensive review of legal and risk issues

• Assistance in optimizing legal spend and outside lawyer selection and review of existing outside legal work

This work is usually offered on a retainer basis, but can also be provided hourly.
